Allegis Group Services Successfully Transitions Cegedim Dendrite’s VMS Software Application

Friday, May 23, 2008

BALTIMORE, MD (May 23, 2008) – Allegis Group Services® (AGS), the workforce management solutions company of Allegis Group, Inc., recently announced the successful execution of a Vendor Management System (VMS) Software Transition for Cegedim Dendrite, one of its workforce management solution clients.

In January 2008, AGS and Cegedim Dendrite realized that changes were necessary to ensure the continued success of the VMS program. The two companies shared their varied expertise to ensure a smooth transition for the workforce management program’s VMS technology.

To eliminate the potential of any interruptions in the client’s day–to-day operations, AGS knew that proactive steps would be required. They immediately leveraged the subject matter expertise and “teamwork” mentality of Cegedim Dendrite’s program sponsors to implement a comprehensive transition plan and make sure necessary information was communicated to all stakeholders.

The Program Office, along with AGS corporate resources, moved swiftly to review and analyze all current VMS technologies for the ability to transition within a short time frame, as well as provide the client with a more suitable VMS technology. AGS worked with Cegedim Dendrite in deciding on InSite® from Fieldglass – a new technology that would not only enhance the current program’s overall performance but also allow a seamless transition so operations could move forward with minimal disruption. Regarding this transition, Phil Portantino, Cegedim Dendrite’s Vice President, Americas Human Resources said “AGS’ staff knowledge, vast experience and unparalleled customer focus enabled us to successfully migrate to this leading-edge VMS Software.”

Throughout the process, the contribution of Cegedim Dendrite’s leadership team proved invaluable to the AGS Program Office in carrying out a seamless VMS software transition. The result of these efforts was the successful transition of 350 workers, 275 managers/users and 40 active suppliers within a six week period.

“This undertaking was made successful by a strong implementation team, dedicated Program Office and the commitment and trust of our client sponsor,” says Steve Culmone, AGS Program Director for Cegedim Dendrite.
