Human Capital Solutions Provider Expands Services into Recruitment Process Outsourcing Through Industry Acquisition

Allegis Group Services, Inc. (http://www.allegisgroupservices.com/), a leading provider of human capital management solutions and the largest provider of managed services for contingent workforce programs in the United States, announced its acquisition of InSearch Worldwide, a premier talent acquisition firm specializing in executive-level customized search and recruitment process outsourcing. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed by company officials.

Allegis Group Services acquired the employees, clients, and assets of InSearch Worldwide. Employees at InSearch Worldwide will continue their business operations and client service in the same manner as prior to the acquisition.
