Allegis Group Services designs, constructs and operates a customized solution that integrates traditional contingent labor spend, along with Statement of Work/Consulting spend to provide enhanced value to our clients.
We have the expertise to support our clients' needs in spend categories outside of the typical contractor/staff augmentation spend – often called SOW or Services Procurement. The most common categories supported are Independent Contractors (1099), Consultants, Professional Services, Outsourced/Offshore Vendor programs, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
We have the flexibility to model our level of MSP support for these services to meet our clients’ specific needs, and we have found that each client has a unique set of services procurement requirements based on their existing sourcing practices and mix of service types. We find that a short discovery session with key stakeholders is the quickest way to propose support solutions, services spend model pricing, and offer current client examples to move toward our goal to include these additional spend categories to the visibility and governance of our MSP Program.
By having Allegis Group Services act as the MSP for both contingent labor and Statement of Work/Consulting services, customers can make better sourcing decisions on the front end, consolidate spend to provide cost savings, and have better visibility and reporting of their overall spend. Customers can also rely on Allegis Group Services to be responsible for the on-boarding and off-boarding activities that are detailed in our RPO program.
