So, we've built performance management into our solutions as a key component, meaning that we establish the right metrics to achieve each client's goals. Through our industry experience, we've been able to virtually prove that the metrics that get tracked and measured actually 'get done.' So, we work with each client to:

  • Establish the right service level metrics to achieve those goals
  • Benchmark, track and measure the metrics continually
  • Develop and implement strategies for performance improvement along the way
  • Plan strategically and amend which metrics guide the program as needed

Through our performance management component, we build a Program Scorecard around the established metrics that have been decided upon with the client. Each supplier also receives their own scorecard. While the Program Office continually monitors performance, on a quarterly basis, suppliers are given direct feedback on their performance and coached on performance improvement strategies as needed. We're held accountable for the program's performance as well, through performance guarantees and service level agreement terms whereby if the overall program doesn't meet agreed upon, pre-established service levels, a certain amount of monies are at risk.
