insight into a very complex undertaking. Clients look to us to consult on many things, including the development of
processes, automation, documentation, supply chain development, SLA creation, communications, VMS implementation and
IC Compliance Assessment
This assessment starts with a discussion with key stakeholders in HR, Procurement and legal to education them on the
risks associated with using IC resources without a comprehensive compliance program. After understanding is reached,
a two day engagement is scheduled to meet with the stakeholders and review current processes and analyze the prior
year’s 1099 report from the tax department. A specialist from an IC Engagement provider is asked to provide expertise
and conduct a sample of up to 20 evaluations of existing IC's.
VMS Implementation Service
This service provides project management for the deployment of an insourced MSP program and VMS technology, including
any necessary configuration and change management processes. This can also include operations guidance and other ongoing
support. For clients who choose to run their "own MSP" instead of outsourcing it, this leverages Allegis Group Services
during the critical set-up phases and assures a rapid deployment and successful roll-out of the VMS technology.
