Allegis Group Services offers individuals exciting recruiting career opportunities. As a Recruitment Relationship Manager, Client Recruitment Specialist or Recruitment Coordinator, you are a direct extension of our customer’s HR organization.
These positions:
- May or may not reside at a client location
- Need to be flexible based upon changing client needs and workload allocation
- May require meeting(s) with members of the client group
- May be subject to client-required background investigations
Recruitment Relationship Manager (RRM) - The RRM is responsible for the overall daily management of all open positions for designated functional areas of the client’s organization. This includes the client relationships, driving the recruitment processes and the full lifecycle management of open positions including developing sourcing strategies,, recruiting for designated roles where appropriate, interviewing candidates who are finalists for the role, managing the candidate experience, extending offers and closing candidates, data management and all the related administrative duties. Client Recruitment Specialist (CRS) – The CRS works directly for and with a Recruitment Relationship Manager (RRM) and has responsibility for high volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions in a designated functional area of the client’s organization, utilizing a variety of sources including internal employee postings, approved job boards, internal and external databases, directly sourced candidates, advertisements and employee referrals. Recruitment Coordinator (RC) – The RC works directly for and with a Recruitment Relationship Manager (RRM) and his/her team and has responsibility for coordinating the interviews schedules, making travel arrangements, escorting candidates, creating offer letters and other related administrative duties for designated functional areas of the client’s organization.
