Data Has No Value
Unless It can Be Used to Improve Your Business
With the right Managed Service Provider in place, Business Intelligence and MSP Performance Management can be used to optimize contingent labor and statement of work (SOW) suppliers, manage independent contractor/1099 compliance, and improve overall program performance for your organization.
When managing a large and varied workforce, visibility into issues such as supplier performance, contractor performance and compliance is crucial to realizing the full value of your workforce and suppliers. What many companies find is that without comprehensive Business Intelligence programs that involve MSP reporting they are unable to drive performance improvements, mitigate risk, or hold the suppliers accountable to quality metrics.
However, even if a general awareness of your contingent labor, IC/1099 or SOW spend exists, you won’t have complete visibility without one key ingredient – proper analysis of the data that can lead to an action plan for achieving full value for your money. Fortunately, Allegis Group Services provides the amount of industry expertise necessary to interpret your workforce data and implement best practices that can drive program improvement and optimize the supplier community.
At Allegis Group Services, we bring the industry expertise that comes from being affiliated with one of the world's largest staffing and recruiting companies along with a program office staff that has relevant fulfillment experience and accountability for Business Intelligence programs that include MSP reporting and analysis. On top of these we add a supply base management group dedicated to optimizing the supply base, and the ability to implement communication and governance plans to drive supplier performance.
MSP Performance Management – Creating Better Suppliers
With Allegis Group Services as your Managed Service Provider, your satisfaction is our number one goal. And we've found that goes hand-in-hand with how the program ultimately performs. So we build MSP performance management into our solutions and establish the right metrics to achieve each client's goals. Our experience has shown that the metrics that get tracked and measured actually 'get done.' So, we work with each client to:
- Define the program's goals
- Establish the right service level metrics to achieve those goals
- Benchmark, track and measure the metrics continually
- Develop and implement strategies for performance improvement along the way
- Plan strategically and amend which metrics guide the program as needed
Real results, guaranteed
Through our performance management component, we build a Program Scorecard around the established metrics that have been decided upon with the client. Each supplier also receives their own scorecard. While the Program Office continually monitors performance, on a quarterly basis, suppliers are given direct feedback on their performance and coached on performance improvement strategies as needed. Our clients also receive quarterly assessments of the program's performance against metrics.
We're held accountable for the program's performance as well, through performance guarantees and service level agreement terms whereby if the overall program doesn't meet agreed upon, pre-established service levels, a percentage of our fee is at risk. What results is a high-performing program that our clients are satisfied with because it obtains their specific objectives.
